This policy covers BetaWave Inventory, operated by 3K LLC, doing business as Wiregrass Labels. We don't sell your information.
What stays in your browser
Item lists, label designs, stock counts and order files you use in the free tools are saved in your own browser and aren't sent to us. That includes customer names and addresses in order files. The phone camera reads barcodes on your device, and we don't receive the video. Use Clear orders when you finish on a shared computer.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, team name and the email addresses of people on your team.
- Shared work: item lists and templates you choose to share with your team.
- Billing: your plan and its status. Stripe handles your card, so we never see the full number.
- Waitlist: the email address you give us to be notified.
- Technical logs: our hosting providers keep standard logs such as IP addresses.
How we use it
We use this information to run the service, sign you in, take payment, answer you, keep the service secure and tell you about changes to your plan. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts the site and receives waitlist forms.
- Supabase stores accounts and shared work.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Our email provider delivers sign-in codes.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting
We keep account information while your account is open, and billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. To delete your account or get a copy of your data, email us. You can delete shared lists and templates yourself at any time.
Children
The service is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 13.
