Terms of Service
BetaWave Inventory is operated by 3K LLC, doing business as Wiregrass Labels ("we"). By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.
The service
You can make labels, count stock and print packing slips for free without an account. An account lets a team share item lists and templates. Your work in the free tools is saved in your own browser, so clearing that browser's data removes it.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email address. Keep access to that address secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. The team owner is responsible for the people they invite and for the plan's payment.
Paid plans
Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. We don't give refunds for partly used periods, unless the law requires it. If we change a price, we'll email the team owner before the change applies to your next renewal.
If a plan ends, your team can still read and delete what it shared, but can't add to it. Features marked as coming aren't part of a plan until they're released, and we don't promise a date.
Your data
You own what you put in. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.
Acceptable use
Don't break the law with the service, upload anything you have no right to use, try to reach another team's data, overload the service, or resell it. We may suspend an account that does.
Check what you print
We work hard to make barcodes scan and counts add up, but you're responsible for checking labels, slips and counts before relying on them. Test a printed barcode with your own scanner before printing in bulk.
No warranty
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or wasted label stock. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. We'll email team owners about material changes to paid plans. You can stop using the service at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where 3K LLC is organized.
