This policy covers betawaveai.com, apart from the BetaWave Inventory pages, and BetaWave Consulting. Both are run by BetaWave LLC, an Alabama company. We don't sell your information. Last updated November 6, 2026.
What we collect
- Calls and email: your name, your contact details and what you tell us.
- Consulting work: the business information you give us for a review or project, including what is in the files and accounts you share.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard logs such as IP addresses.
This site has no contact forms and no advertising trackers. The sample label on the homepage is drawn in your browser, and what you type there isn't sent to us.
How we use it
We use this information to answer you, do the work you hire us for, send invoices, keep business records and keep the site secure.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts this site.
- Our email and phone providers carry your messages and calls.
- A payment processor handles card payments, so we never see the full card number.
- AI and software providers we use for consulting work may process project information. Ask us and we'll tell you which ones a project uses.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
If you hire us
A signed agreement may add to how we handle your information. Where it differs from this policy, the agreement controls.
Keeping and deleting
We keep messages and project records for as long as we need them for the work, and billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email us.
Our products
Each product has its own policy: BetaWave Inventory and BetaWave Front Desk. Inventory's pages still name the company that runs it today, until it moves to BetaWave LLC.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 13.
