These terms cover betawaveai.com, apart from the BetaWave Inventory pages. The site is run by BetaWave LLC, an Alabama company ("we"). By using the site, you agree to them. Last updated November 6, 2026.
Consulting work
Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept by itself. Work starts only when you and BetaWave LLC sign a written agreement, and that agreement controls the scope, price, payment and responsibilities for the work. If it differs from these terms, the agreement wins.
Prices on this site can change until an agreement is signed. A price marked "from" is a starting price, and each project gets its own fixed price before work begins.
Not legal, tax or financial advice
BetaWave is not a law firm, an accounting firm or a financial advisor. Nothing on this site or in our work is legal, tax, accounting, investment or ethics advice, and using this site doesn't create an attorney-client or accountant-client relationship. Links to rules and guidance are starting points, so check them with your own licensed professional.
AI can be wrong
We use AI in our work and in what we build. AI can produce mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what it produces before you rely on it, send it or file it.
No promised results
We don't promise any particular revenue, savings or search ranking. Samples on this site, such as the plumbing shop plan and the sample alert, are fictional.
Our products
Each product has its own terms: BetaWave Inventory and BetaWave Front Desk. Inventory's pages still name the company that runs it today, until it moves to BetaWave LLC.
Using this site
Don't break the law with this site, try to get into systems you aren't allowed to reach, or overload it. The site's words, design and logos belong to us, so don't copy them without asking. Links to other sites are for convenience, and we don't control those sites.
No warranty
This site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about this site is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama. Any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Houston County, Alabama.
